CA02 Nitrogen Capsules
Pack of 10 nitrogen cartridges for La Sommelière wine dispenser, ref. CA02. Each cartridge contains 8 grams of nitrogen, an odourless, inert gas, and lets you preserve an average of two 75cl bottles. The nitrogen protects the wine and prevents contact with air, thereby preventing it from oxidising and spoiling.

Compatible with the La Sommelière CV1T wine dispenser used widely in the commercial sector (events, restaurants, bars, etc.), these mini nitrogen cartridges bring an end to wine wastage and allow you to re-serve a wine with delicate flavours, even if it was opened and served the previous day.
